EXIT SITE DRESSINGS
Emodial dressings have been designed for post dialysis-access care and to be used after the removal of fistula needles or in between dialysis treatments on a CVC exit site.
Dressings are available in a variety of materials and shapes to address different patient needs and adhere to specific institution protocols.
Highly absorbing medical pads and elastic bandages can be used to plug and stop bleeding of the fistula exit site at the end of the dialysis treatment.
